What is Jarvo?
How do I list my home?
Follow the host sign up process and once verified submit your listing and we’ll get in touch. With every listing we carry out a physical inspection plus it’s a great way to meet our hosts face to face.
If your home is currently listed on another platform, send us the link and we’ll do the rest for you. Please send across to info@jarvo.io.

What fees do I pay?
What locations is Jarvo available?
Currently Jarvo is only available in Bristol in beta however we have plans to expand in other areas imminently. It’s really important to us to create the very best user experience on a small amount of listings before we scale to meet demand.
We do not however restrict Hosts from listing their workspaces outside these areas.
Help us get Jarvo to your area – during your search, please complete a ‘Request a location’ and we will notify you when a listing becomes available or updates on our launch in that particular area.
How safe & secure is Jarvo?
Jarvo is available for everyone to use, pending a thorough identity check on all users similar to the process used by digital banks. This ensures an entirely safe and secure environment for everyone.
We have partnered with the ‘best in class’ online security and identity provider Onfido, who also support the likes of Revolut, Monzo and more.
How long does the booking process take?
We have recently launched in Beta exclusively to Bristol and Reading, with more features to come.
